How We Operate

With expertise across all functions of an infrastructure project, P3 Infrastructure delivers holistic solutions required in complex developments where success is predetermined in terms of timelines, budgets, and performance certainty over the long term.

Our teams

Our Business Development team grows our business by developing client and partner relationships, screening new project opportunities, and supporting active bids.

Our Investment team specializes in the procurement, execution, and financial structuring of our infrastructure transactions.

Our Asset Delivery team combines our Group of Companies to overseeing the construction and asset management of our developments. The collaboration between us unifies our common interest in accepting of the long term nature of the projects, the extraordinary quality control that needs to be adhered to, and the long-term stewardship ensuring an efficient commission and handover of the asset.

Our Finance team is responsible for all monitoring and reporting requirements, lender communication, and legal compliance of our financial results.
